Studio Use Policy
Your booking includes full use of the studio space and its contents for the duration of your scheduled time.
Please specify any requirements at the time of booking to ensure the studio is prepared prior to your arrival. This allows you to maximise your booked time and focus on your creative work.
Backdrops
Your booking includes the use of one full-length backdrop and access to the infinity cove.
Each additional backdrop is subject to a £10 fee.
Please take care with footwear to avoid marking or damaging studio surfaces.
If a specific backdrop not currently held in stock is required, a minimum of 10 days’ notice is required for ordering. Backdrops ordered specifically for a client session are chargeable regardless of whether they are ultimately used.
Time Management
Clients may arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to their booking start time.
Bookings must end at the scheduled time, including setup and takedown. Failure to vacate the studio on time may result in overtime charges.
Overtime is charged at £50 per hour.
Any extension of a booking must be approved by the studio in advance and is subject to availability.
Cancellations/bookings
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the booking date are eligible for a full refund.
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours to confirm and secure the booking. Unpaid bookings may be released without notice.
Rearranging Bookings
Bookings may be rearranged up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability.
If a rearrangement is requested between 7 days and 72 hours before the booking but a new date/time is not confirmed, updated details must be provided within 24 hours to avoid forfeiting the booking or payment.
Rearrangements requested within 72 hours of the scheduled booking require full payment for a new booking.
Damages & Liability
Clients are fully responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage to the studio, equipment, furniture, or props during their booking.
All damages must be reimbursed in full. Proof of cost (receipt or invoice) will be provided where applicable.
The studio may conduct inspections at the start and end of each booking.
The studio accepts no liability for loss or damage to client property or materials brought onto the premises.
Security & CCTV
For the security of the premises and equipment, CCTV operates within communal studio areas and entrances only.
CCTV does not operate in private changing rooms.
CCTV is used for security purposes and to verify booking access times.
Footage is stored securely and retained for up to 30 days, unless required for the investigation or resolution of a security incident or booking-related dispute, in which case footage may be retained until the matter is fully resolved, after which it will be securely deleted.
Studio Rules
Protective footwear coverings or tape must be used when working on the infinity cove
Do not step on the curved section of the infinity wall
Any staining or damage to the infinity cove, flooring, or walls will result in additional charges
While the studio is cleaned regularly, minor marks from previous bookings may be present
Clients are expected to clean as they go and leave the studio in the same condition as found
